In the process of selling my mom's furs I kept coming across Mano Swartz Furs in blogs and reviews. I was not quite sure about putting her furs in the mail to a place several states away but decided to take the plunge based on some sound research. I could not believe how fast, easy and professional the process was! I would choose this in a heartbeat over trying to sell on eBay etc. They were helpful and very fair. I've been a fan of Mano Swartz for over 10 years. I've purchased 2 beautiful furs from this company and also store my furs each year. The customer services is excellent and I love doing business with Richard. The added bonus is that if you don't want to pick up your fur, they have door to door delivery services.
Staff is wonderful. Super friendly, very helpful. Not only were they very honest, but informative as well. They took the time to talk with me about my fur, and explained in depth the value, appraisal, age, and condition. In the end they told me how to care for my fur so it would not be ruined. If not for them, I may have stored it wrong. Wonderful store, wonderful staff.

My niece and I went visited Mano Swartz to settle some of my mom’s business affairs. During our visit, Richard Swartz and his staff were extremely friendly and pleasant and sympathetic to our situation. My niece and I spun the wheel during one of their promotionsl give aways and we both won a fur coat.
