Sev who answers the phone is always so sweet and helpful and Ali who did my hair to the nth' degree made me feel like a new women when i left his chair. The entire staff is friendly and very professional!!

Uno's been cutting my hair for 30+ years. I've always been pleased with the service and won't go elsewhere. It's worth traveling 75 minutes one way. He's the absolute best hair stylist!
The salon owner ruined my mother's hair. My mother went back in after her original haircut by her to get it thinned out a bit. The owners response was "if you want it thinned out, I'll thin it out for you" sarcastically with a smirk on her face. She then proceeded to take the thinning shears to my mothers roots. My mothers hair used to be so thick and beautiful now it is very thin and stringy. So much so that she had to go to another salon to get it reshaped. That stylist assumed my mothers hair was done by a newbie. Not A very experienced salon owner who is been in the business for several years. My mother went to uno because she trusted her stylist and loved her previous cuts. It was almost like she was being spiteful because my mom was taking up her time. Mind you my mother spent over $300 the previous week. I have attached a before she thinned it out picture and after. Also pictures of how close to the scalp with the shears she went and this is after two weeks of growth. My mother and I will never step foot in that shop again.
